Terms and Conditions
By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Winner must be a registered attendee of SuiteWorld 2024. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Fortis Payment Systems, LLC (“Company”) are not eligible to participate. Employees of Oracle NetSuite are not eligible to participate.
- Prize: One (1) Rolex Watch with an approximate value of $10,000 will be awarded to the winner. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The decision of Company is final and binding.
- Taxes: The winner is responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the receipt of the prize. The winner should consult a tax professional to discuss the winner’s particular situation.
- Required Information: The winner must provide Company with their full name, address, Social Security Number (SSN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), by completing a Form W-9. Company will issue a Form 1099 to the winner for the value of the prize.
- Notification: The winner will be notified in person at the Fortis booth on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 5pm. If the winner is not present or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Company to use their name, image, likeness, and/or entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Liability: Company is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or misdirected entries, or any other errors or issues that may occur in the administration of the giveaway. Company is the sole sponsor of this giveway. Oracle NetSuite is not a sponsor of this giveaway and is not responsible in any way for any claims by the winner or any other person in relation to the giveway.
- General Conditions: Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Company's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Company in its sole discretion.
- Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Company, which are final and binding in all respects.
