Nothing changes for right now. Transactions and settlements will be processed just as they are today.
Current MerchantE customers and partners will receive emails 30-days and 15-days prior to processing on the Fortis platform – these will include contact info, login info and other important resources.
You will also receive instructions on how to install the core bundle, the same way you did when you first signed up with MerchantE.
We expect no interruptions in service.
